Nina Meehan

Nina Meehan is an “explosion of positive energy.”  She brings her unique brand of passion to everything she touches… be it directing a world-premiere musical, creating and co-facilitating a coaching group for a brand new web3 DAO, leading a workshop on creative play for parents, presenting to a board of directors, prepping a speaker on effective audience engagement for TEDx, teaching college students in Australia how to connect body movement and emotions, or baking a “pie-caken” with her kids.

 

An award-winning director and producer and an internationally recognized arts educator, Nina coaches administrators, educators, tech managers, theatre artists and CEOs in professional skills ranging from presentation fundamentals to program management and enterprise leadership, with a focus on communicating effectively to establish trust and engage with constituent audiences.

 

Nina grounds her technique in creative play to reinforce her clients’ strengths and capacity to communicate well. In conjunction with her personal coaching, she blogs, writes, speaks and broadcasts about communication, creativity and connection.

 

Nina holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech from Northwestern University and a Masters of Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking with her family, cross-country skiing, stand-up paddle boarding, and yoga.

Kate Mitchum

Kate Mitchum specializes in data storytelling and helps thought leaders articulate their vision with improved clarity and persuasion.

 

Leveraging techniques she learned through a career that has included project management, public relations, marketing, and data analysis in big tech, video games, and nonprofits, Kate’s approach focuses on distilling ideas into the key elements that inspire action and drive results.

 

Kate has helped executives deliver updates on multi-billion dollar annual operational budgets, supported mid-level management in how to present and discuss performance trends, and trained experience professionals on sharing project progress and outcomes. By helping presenters identify the needs of their audience and anticipate those hard to answer questions, she ensures her clients are prepared and confident.

 

Kate holds a B.S. in Communication Studies from Northwestern University, is a Six Sigma Green Belt, and has trained and performed with Hothouse Improv.
